Regular Registration (July 17-19)

Overnight Camper – $275
Includes overnight accommodation and seven meals.

Day Camper – $185
Includes daily schedule and five meals.

Area Repertoire Workshop Add-On (July 16)

Overnight Camper – $80
Includes overnight accommodation July 16 and three extra meals.

Day Camper – $50
Includes July 16 and two extra meals.

2025 Texas All-State Choir member $75 discount from above options
Discount is for Texas High School All-State Choir members, selected via a state audition process, who performed at the Texas Music Educators Association State Conference in San Antonio in February. Prior to completing your registration, request your discount code by emailing us at choircamp@uta.edu.

For groups of 20 or more students from the same school. Contact choircamp@uta.edu to make arrangements prior to registering.

Additional Options

Music Packet – $30
The All-State Music Packet is required for participation in camp. Campers may purchase packets with registration, or through an outside vendor. If you purchase the packet through registration, you will receive it upon check-in the first day of camp. We are sorry but we cannot mail packets out in advance.

Voice Lesson – $25
A 30-minute voice lesson with UTA faculty will be available on a first come-first served basis, and must be pre-paid with registration.​


Refund Policy

Refund requests will be honored through June 18, 2025, except for a $100 non-refundable deposit. No refunds after June 18th.
